Tranquil Celebrates Grand Opening
On March 25th, over 200 realtors, prospects, buyers, tenants and neighbors were invited to the Grand Opening event in the courtyard of Tranquil Court. We brought in delicious passed and plated hors d’oeuvres from Delectables by Holly, beer and wine for the guests. We even had a jazz duo who played Julia Roberts’ wedding entertain the crowd of over 150! Politicians Andy Dulin and Edwin Peacock joined the crowd as well as the team of developers, architects and builders!
Unfortunately the lovely weather that week decided to stop in time for the event and the rain began to fall which put a slight damper on the evening. Still, people enjoyed milling around the project, viewed the models and fitness center and celebrated a new contract that day as well as the new residents that moved in that week! We continue to close select units as we make progress towards Fannie Mae approval.
